Welcome to PLSS

The Peripatetic Learning Support Service (PLSS) is based at Stockton Riverside College and provides support to organisations throughout the Tees Valley.

PLSS has been developed as a central resource for training and peripatetic support for staff and students, which will enable learners to choose and access the establishment where they want to be educated within the Tees Valley.

This co-ordination service provides training for education providers and learners at all levels, including Higher Education institutions.

Advice, training and support is also provided for employers who needs assistance for individuals who may have a learning difficulty and/or disability.

In today's world easy access to information of all types is an essential part of everyday life. One way of ensuring that those who are blind or have partial sight are not disadvantaged, is to provide information in Braille.
